We're looking for an Early Careers Talent Attraction and Acquisition Specialist to join our energetic team in Melbourne. The successful candidate will work alongside a team of passionate professionals to engage, attract and recruit early talent to EY's graduate and undergraduate programs. Whilst every day will look different, some core elements include:

  • Responsibility for delivering the end-to-end cycle of early careers talent acquisition.
  • Cultivation of value-led relationships with internal stakeholders, tertiary institutes, high schools, industry bodies, and early career pathway organisations.
  • Managing our early identification and intern programs, including assistance with program development and facilitation.
  • The opportunity to work on various projects in the early careers space that interest you.

In this role, you will also be required to run and attend occasional events outside of regular hours throughout the year.

The role is not open to sponsorship and can't be done remotely as the role requires the successful candidate to be onshore to facilitate programs locally.

  • Previous talent acquisition experience.
  • A passion for early careers talent acquisition and/or experience with high volume hiring.
  • A confident communicator and presenter.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
