As a Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining TCorp's Capital Market Assumptions (CMAs) and supporting the design of investment strategy and sector research aligned with our Total Portfolio Approach. You'll collaborate across teams to deliver top-down strategy design and contribute to TCorp's competition for capital, a cornerstone of our portfolio construction process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the design of investment strategy, portfolio themes, and sector exposures.
  • Contribute to the construction and evolution of CMAs across short- and long-term horizons.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement strategies aligned with Total Portfolio needs.
  • Provide robust, risk-based inputs to support capital allocation decisions.
  • Engage in research to support top-down strategy and sector analysis.

About You

You're a strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities and a collaborative mindset. You bring:

  • 3–5 years' experience in investment management, ideally within asset owners, managers, or consultants.
  • Tertiary qualifications in mathematics, statistics, economics, or econometrics.
  • Proven experience in investment strategy design and quantitative analysis for multi-asset portfolios.
  • High proficiency in Python and VBA.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently and mentor junior team members.
