Overview

The Deal Advisory Tax team is a market-leading, dynamic group that works on the most significant transactions in the Australian market. Our clients span private equity, infrastructure, property, financial services and more. Be prepared to work on projects that make the front page of the news.

We are looking for a Senior Manager with a focus on Corporate M&A to join the team – someone with M&A experience and/or experience with corporate clients, and the drive to join an energetic team.

Your Opportunity

You will work on a wide variety of clients and transactions across our national practice. Your work will include:

  • Tax due diligence
  • Structuring, including advice on deal structures
  • Transaction document review
  • Post-deal integration
  • Transaction related ATO and FIRB correspondence
