Job Description
  • Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process including invoice processing, verification, and payment processing.
  • Deal with aging accounts payable data
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in processing invoices and expense claims.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Maintain vendor relationships and respond to inquiries professionally.
  • Assist in month-end closing processes and prepare accounts payable reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as procurement and finance teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounts payable procedures and systems.
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required by the finance manager or senior management.
About You

To be successful, you will be an experienced accounts payable officer with a strong attention to detail, systematic approach, and proven track record in processing invoices accurately and efficiently. You should be adept at reconciling accounts, resolving discrepancies, and communicating effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Experience with accounting software, high standards of integrity, and a positive attitude are essential. Strong time management skills and prior experience in a busy finance environment are preferred.
