scouted. is excited to be partnering with this emerging leader in the residential property development landscape. With a growing pipeline of projects, the office is now a very busy place - creating a new role for a driven and meticulous Junior Marketer/Office all-rounder to join their team.
This role will assist the business across an array of administrative functions - from ad-hoc Personal Assistance to the Leadership Team, Reception duties, General Office Management, Sales and Marketing Assistance (Digital and Social Media specifically) to Event Coordination and Invoicing.
This is an awesome entry-level opportunity for someone keen to learn all about the Property industry. The diversity in this role will lay the foundations for a long-term career within Business Operations, as the successful applicant will gain experience working across different departments and become the go-to for all collaborative systems and processes.

Your key responsibilities:
  • Assist in the delivery of digital and social marketing strategies, supported by the Head of Sales & external Marketing Agencies
  • Assist in the coordination of internal team and corporate events
  • Monitor reception desk, business phone & maintain the general office
  • Assist Managing Director with reporting, invoicing and budgeting
  • Ad hoc administrative and travel support to the leadership team
You will ideally have:
  • Tertiary qualifications OR prior working experience in a similar role or industry: Marketing, Communications, Property, Business Operations
  • A creative mindset with proven skills in digital/social media marketing
  • The ability to generate fresh ideas around team culture and events
  • The skills to multi-task and adapt in a changing and growing business
  • The initiative to problem solve independently and the confidence to ask for help when you need it
