You'll evolve programmatic strategies, optimize performance through powerful data-driven insights, and mentor talented team members while collaborating cross-functionally to maximize results. Leading one direct report with exciting growth opportunities ahead.RequirementsWhat does a day in the life look like?Role Responsibilities:Platform Leadership
- Implement, manage, and deliver Programmatic Buys within DV360, The Trade Desk (TTD), and Vistar, leveraging advanced trading skills and technical expertise to optimize campaign performance.
- Develop and execute successful segmentation and optimization strategies to exceed client expectations, utilizing data-driven insights to inform campaign decisions.
- Utilize trading-related technologies, including DSPs, DMP, 3rd Party API social media bid management platforms, and 3rd party ad servers, to drive campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
- Deliver consistent, accurate, and timely reports, providing meaningful insights and recommendations to each client.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including offshore teams, to support client/genre strategy development, annual account plans, and marketing solutions.
Craft Leadership
- Embed best practices in programmatic media trading, analytics, and data-driven storytelling across teams, championing digital marketing measurement and attribution.
- Strong experience with end-to-end performance campaigns driving CPA, Retargeting and associated KPIs
- Coach stakeholders on interpreting campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive business outcomes.
- Support the development of the Programmatic Campaign Specialist, providing technical guidance and expertise to enhance their skills.
- Stay current on industry developments and share knowledge and insights with the broader business and clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive client success, providing expertise and support to deliver exceptional results.
About You
- 5+ years experience in digital media, Ad Tech, Agency or Independent Trading Desk environment.
- Strong hands-on experience and deep expertise with DSPs ie; DV360, TTD and Vistar (or similar DOOH platforms).
- Deep understanding of Programmatic channels ie; Display, Video, Audio, Native and DOOH.
- Managing client campaigns with proven track record of client success
- Solid Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate Excel skills
Desirable experience
- Experience with retail, entertainment, or ticketing verticals.
- Managing direct reports
- CM360 and Ad Ops experience
- Exposure to CDP/DMP and CRM-data integration with media platforms.
