Food & Beverage Supervisor - Northern Grounds Sunshine Coast — Full-Time
Northern Grounds is more than a pub It's a flagship Sunshine Coast destination, serving smoky feeds, waterfront beers, and laid-back Queensland vibes. Now we're on the lookout for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to help lead the floor and keep the good times flowing.
What you'll be doing- Leading shifts and keeping service running smoothly
- Supporting and guiding the FOH team with energy and positivity
- Delivering top-notch customer service (and making it fun)
- Handling cashing up, opening/closing procedures, and keeping standards sharp
- Being the go-to person for guests and team when things get busy
- Previous hospitality experience in a supervisory or senior FOH role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A cool head and can-do attitude when it's buzzing
- Passion for great service, great food, and creating memorable moments
- Reliable, organised, and ready to lead by example
