Your opportunity
As a valued Carer at Jean Ross House in South Nowra, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care that supports our residents to live with dignity and purpose. By attending to residents\' physical and emotional wellbeing, you will enhance their independence and quality of life.

To thrive in this role, you will need
- A Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent qualification, or a minimum of 2 years\' experience in a similar role.
- The ability to work independently, and as a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A willingness to learn and grow through ongoing training and development.
You will also have
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computing skills to manage care documentation and communications.
- Experience using mobility aids and assisting with daily living activities.
