Community Support Worker | Casual or Permanent Part Time | Sunshine Coast Region, QLD

Are you passionate about making a real difference in people's lives? We're seeking a dedicated Community Support Worker to join our team in a permanent part-time or casual role, supporting clients across the Southern Sunshine Coast region, including nearby suburbs and Gympie.

A Day in the Life

• Personal Care - Assisting with hygiene, grooming, dressing, mobility, eating, and safe transfers
• Domestic Assistance - Helping with cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and light gardening
• Social Support - Providing companionship and encouraging engagement through conversation and activities
• Transportation - Supporting clients with shopping, appointments, and community access

What You Bring

• Experience in community or aged care support, including domestic duties, is desirable
• Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
• Current driver's licence and access to a registered, insured vehicle
• Willingness to travel up to 45 - 60 minutes
• Full COVID-19 vaccination highly desirable.
• Flexible shifts between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
• Ideally available 3-4 weekdays
• Minimum 20 hours per fortnight (PPT), with potential to increase after probation
• Successful applicants must complete a National Police Check and provide proof of work rights in Australia
