About the Opportunity

Our Chief Executive Officer (CEO) based in Perth is currently seeking an Executive Assistant. In this role you will report to the CEO, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Organise and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics.
  • Coordinate and organise refreshments, including coffees and lunches, for meetings and events as required.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.

About You

  • Other key skills, experience and qualification:
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Positive with a 'can do' attitude and willing to learn.
  • This role is in office Monday to Friday.
