We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager to join our Albury office, located in the heart of the Murray region. Surrounded by heritage architecture, cultural landmarks, and a thriving local community, Albury offers the perfect blend of lifestyle and leadership opportunity.

As a Manager in our Business Advisory division, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality financial and tax services to clients, while leading and mentoring a team of professionals. You'll be a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate complex challenges and identify opportunities for growth.

What You'll Do

• Review and oversee the preparation of financial statements and tax returns across a range of entities
• Provide strategic tax planning and business advisory services to clients
• Analyse financial data and develop financial models to support client decision-making
• Identify and resolve complex accounting and tax issues
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering practical and commercial advice
• Manage workflow and team performance, ensuring high-quality outcomes
• Mentor and develop junior staff, sharing knowledge and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
• Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes to proactively support clients

What You Bring

• A degree in Business or Commerce with an Accounting major
• CA qualification (or equivalent)
• 5-7 years' experience in professional services, with proven leadership capabilities
• Strong technical knowledge in accounting and taxation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• A commitment to ongoing professional development

Desirable: Experience in business development or client acquisition
