Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Strata Manager located in Albury, NSW. The Strata Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of strata schemes, including facilitating meetings, managing financials, maintaining records, addressing inquiries, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. This role involves regular communication with owners, committees, and service providers to ensure the smooth operation of the strata schemes.
