Service delivery Officer

We're currently recruiting for our casual workforce to support Tax Time 2026, with commencement scheduled for early next year. If you're seeking meaningful work that supports the community, this is your opportunity to join a team that helps Australians navigate the tax and superannuation system.
As a Service Delivery Officer, you'll respond to client queries and engage with the community across multiple communication channels – including phone, paper, webchat, email, and online portals. This role involves extensive client contact in a scheduled, contact-centre environment. You'll need to be adaptable, open to learning new skills, and responsive to the evolving needs of our clients.
ResponsibilitiesThese roles involve client-facing work across multiple channels and maintaining a high standard of service in a busy environment.
Qualifications- are confident using technology to share and accurately record information
- thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
- have experience delivering excellent client service
- communicate clearly and professionally
These roles will be offered on a casual basis in Adelaide, Albury, Box Hill, Brisbane CBD, Burnie, Dandenong, Geelong, Gosford, Hobart, Melbourne CBD, Moonee Ponds, Newcastle, Parramatta, Penrith, Perth, Sydney CBD, Townsville, Upper Mount Gravatt or Wollongong.
