About the role

We're looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join us on a part-time basis. Hours are flexible – ideal for a parent working school hours or anyone looking for genuine work-life balance. We also offer the ability to work from home some days.

Your day-to-day duties will include:
  • Compliance Services – Annual financial statements & tax return preparation, activity statement prep, payroll tax lodgements
  • Advisory Services – Forecasts, management/board reports, tax planning
  • Tax Advisory Work – Restructure advice, succession planning
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in an Australian public practice accounting firm
  • Strong knowledge of Australian tax and accounting standards
  • Proficiency with Xero and Xero Practice Manager (XPM)
  • Experience with Futurli is a plus (but not essential)
  • Excellent communication skills – you enjoy working closely with clients
  • A proactive, tech-savvy, down-to-earth approach
