The Opportunity

We are seeking Board-Approved Psychologist Supervisors to join our dedicated clinical team. In this role, you will spend the day supervising postgraduate psychology students (Masters level) who are completing placement at one of our community clinics or via our Telehealth Clinic.

This is a rewarding opportunity to shape the future of clinical psychology in Australia, contribute to community mental health, and be part of a supportive and professional team.

Locations and available shifts:

Kew (VIC) Clinic

Friday 9:30am – 5:30pm

Saturday 8:30am – 4:00pm

Sydney (NSW) Clinic

As a Duty Supervisor, typical responsibilities include:

  • Supervise and support postgraduate students completing placement in Clinical Psychology programs
  • Provide high-quality clinical supervision that fosters student development, clinical competence, and ethical practice
  • Work on-site in our Melbourne and/or Sydney-based clinics or remotely through our Telehealth Clinic
  • Collaborate with clinic staff and other supervisors to maintain best-practice standards
  • Participate in training on clinic systems, including practice management software and policies
  • Support students to complete their placement requirements in a timely manner
  • Contribute to a positive and collegial clinical environment
