  The Opportunity
  
  We are seeking a Psychologist to assist in setting up and ongoing Psychology services for our new multidisciplinary Concussion Outpatients Unit at Lake Macquarie Private Hospital Reporting to the Practice Principal, you will perform duties with the support and guidance of the Practice Principal and head Neurologist to ensure a high level of quality patient care is delivered in line with the care values and strategic direction of the Hospital and Ramsay Health Care.
  
  Skills And Experience
  • Accredited undergraduate degree in Psychology, APHRA registered and unrestricted general registration with the Psychology Board of Australia
  • Experience facilitating group therapy using Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be self-motivated and function autonomously whilst also being able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
    
    
  Remuneration
  
  On offer is base hourly rate of $60 - $65 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.

  Requirements
  • Must provide aNational Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
