Pearson VUE offers a great environment to start or grow your career. We are now hiring for a Casual Test Administrator at 55 Grenfell Street, Adelaide.

Our ideal candidate demonstrates teamwork and flexibility, with availability to work a variety of shifts during weekdays (Monday to Friday) and weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Operating hours are between 7 am and 11 pm.

We offer an attractive pay rate of $35.87 per hour. Candidates must be flexible to work morning and evening shifts. This is a strictly casual position.

Responsibilities:
  1. Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a secure exam environment.
  2. Ensuring compliance with all testing procedures and company policies.
  3. Checking and verifying candidate identification against test registration; assisting with test setup.
  4. Explaining exam procedures and proctoring candidates during testing.
  5. Troubleshooting technical issues with internal departments.
  6. Escalating policy breaches to relevant personnel immediately.
  7. Performing light housekeeping duties such as vacuuming and sanitizing keyboards after each exam.
  8. Performing other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  1. High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Minimum of 1 year customer service experience preferred.
  3. Experience in proctoring or invigilating exams is highly desirable.
  4. Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  5. Ability to sit for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs independently.
  6. Comfortable in a quiet testing environment, with good hearing and eyesight from a distance.
