The Role

Pentana Stanton Lawyers is seeking a passionate Senior Associate (Commercial Litigation) to join our Dandenong office. In this role you will manage a diverse caseload of commercial law matters in areas such as:

  • Business Law – Sales, purchases, and structuring.
  • Contract Law – Drafting, negotiating, and enforcement.
  • Corporate Law – Formation, governance, M&A, shareholder agreements, and insolvency.
  • Commercial Litigation – Contract, franchising, debt, insolvency, shareholder, and professional disputes.
  • Civil Litigation – Debt enforcement, bankruptcy, and statutory demands.
  • Real Estate Law – Transactions, leases, and disputes.
  • Commercial Leasing – Lease negotiation and drafting.

What We're Looking For

  • Qualifications: LLB or JD, Victorian PC and admission to the SCV and HCA
  • Skills: Strong drafting, litigation, negotiation, and advocacy abilities
  • Traits: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and client-focused with excellent communication skills
