Overview

This role focuses on delivering better environments through a unique design process that enables adaptable buildings and spaces.

The Role

Senior / Project Architect to lead projects in the Law & Order sector, located in our Fortitude Valley studio. We encourage you to apply and anticipate you having the following skills, experience and character traits:

Responsibilities
  • Lead projects in the Law & Order sector, coordinating internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide direction, input and support to Architects, Graduates and CAD technicians to support key projects.
  • Coordinate complex projects with consultant and project coordination to ensure successful delivery.
Qualifications
  • Solid Revit and technical knowledge.
  • Minimum of 5+ years' experience in a similar role.
  • Local experience is essential with well-developed understanding of BCA, local government regulations & NCC/Australian Standards.
  • Strong engagement skills to establish and maintain relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to plan, organize and prioritise own workload as well as a small team.
  • Experience in complex projects (justice, corrections, defence, mental health or other similar complex sectors).
  • Consultant and project co-ordination skills.
