Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Financial Broker to join their team in their brand-new office in Burleigh. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in both residential and commercial lending, with a strong understanding of the local market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Actively seek out and develop new client relationships through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
  • Loan Applications: Process loan applications, gather required documentation, and conduct financial assessments to determine eligibility.
  • Loan Structuring: Provide expert advice on loan structuring, interest rates, and repayment terms to meet clients' individual needs.
  • Negotiation:Negotiate with lenders to secure the best possible terms and conditions for clients.
  • Compliance:Adhere to all relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and industry professionals.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in finance, business, or a related field.
  • Well connected in the industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and financial products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, you will NOT be micro managed.
