We're a boutique, award winning mortgage brokerage team based on the Gold Coast with a strong, people-first culture. We're looking for an experienced Credit Analyst / Loan Processor who thrives in a supportive team environment and values meaningful, long-term relationships with both clients and colleagues.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being part of a close-knit, high-performing team and wants stability, flexibility, and the ability to make a real impact in clients' lives — especially perfect for someone balancing a busy family life.

About you:

  • Proven experience in a similar role – loan processing and/or credit analyst is essential.
  • Confident with MyCRM (Loan Market / LMG platform).
  • Strong understanding of residential lending, policy, credit, and documentation.
  • Comfortable managing a pipeline from onboarding to approval — resi loans only.
  • Excellent communicator — warm, confident, and people-focused.
  • Team player who loves to contribute, collaborate, and work with purpose.
  • Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or equivalent).
