ABOUT THE COMPANY This highly respected commercial builder has carved out a niche as a market leader in premium fit out and refurbishment projects across NSW, delivering works valued up to $10M. As the business continues to grow, they are now seeking a driven and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of both current and upcoming projects. Step into a key leadership role and contribute to some of NSW's most exciting fit out and refurbishment work. ABOUT THE POSITION As the Senior Project Manager , you will report directly to the Project Director and collaborate with a highly capable project and site team to deliver multiple projects across NSW from design through to completion. These projects typically range in value from $2M to $10M and are supported by a well-resourced team including a Senior Site Manager, Senior Contracts Administrator, Contract Administrators, Foremen, Leading Hands, and Cadets. DUTIES End-to-end project delivery Budget control and compliance Client relationship management Stakeholder coordination and communication SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Tertiary or trade qualification in a construction-related discipline Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar senior delivery role Strong track record of employer loyalty and project stability Ability to manage high-end fit out and refurbishment projects from inception to handover CULTURE This builder fosters an inclusive, people-first culture where professional growth is genuinely valued and achievements are consistently recognised.
