The Electrician (EzyStrut Maintenance Supervisor) plays a key role in maintaining the reliability of electrical systems and mechanical equipment, providing technical guidance, and ensuring all work is completed to industry and safety standards.

Responsibilities include:
  • Supervising and coordinating activities of a small Maintenance team and contractors.
  • Developing and maintaining maintenance schedules and work orders.
  • Performing electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on equipment, wiring, and fixtures.
  • Conducting inspections to identify hazards and necessary repairs.
  • Maintaining accurate records of work completed and safety inspections.
  • Ordering and maintaining inventory of necessary supplies and equipment.
  • Responding promptly to emergency maintenance calls and troubleshoot issues effectively.
  • Ensuring upkeep of safe work practices.
Requirements:
  • Current Electrician Licence and registration.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an industrial electrician with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a small team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with control and safety circuits.
  • Experience with a broad range of manufacturing equipment and tooling.
  • Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
