The Role:

As General Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end operations of the business—from strategy and sales to design, product, and marketing. You'll lead a passionate, creative, and high-performing team, working closely with the founder and board to drive global growth, customer engagement, and brand impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute the strategic vision of the brand, ensuring consistent global alignment

  • Oversee P&L management, budgeting, and financial performance

About You:

  • Proven leadership experience in fashion and retail —ideally with international exposure
  • Strong commercial background with experience managing large P&Ls and cross-functional teams
  • Deep understanding of fashion retail, e-commerce, and global market trends
  • Confident decision-maker with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Creative, resilient, and adaptable with a passion for brand building
  • Experience working in founder-led or fast-growth environments is highly regarded
