Responsibilities- Lead with exceptional Guest Experience, ensuring our visitors have a memorable stay and great dining experience.
- Provide leadership for your team and model efficient service across breakfast, lunch and dinner.
- Recruit, train and welcome new F&B team members and encourage them to live the HEARTIST way.
- Previous hospitality or F&B supervisory experience
- Guest-obsessed focus with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Ability to navigate change and provide quick-thinking solutions when problems arise
- Leadership qualities with strong communication with Kitchen and Front Office teams
- RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) and Approved Manager – essential
- Flexible with hours – able to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Barista or cocktail experience is a bonus
