Overview

An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated and experienced People Partner to become part of our growing People and Culture team.

Due to continued growth, we are currently looking for an experienced People Partner to join our welcoming and dynamic People and Culture team. Reporting to the People Experience Leader, this role will be responsible for providing generalist HR support, guidance and expertise to our business leaders in our Logistics Team.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with leaders across the business, offering consultative advice, coaching, and mentorship on all aspects of people leadership, employee relations, and organisational culture.
  • Promote open communication channels and cross department collaboration.
  • Drive the implementation, and promotion of people-centric programs, policies, and initiatives that enhance engagement, wellbeing, and the overall employee experience.
  • Provide ongoing advice and support to employees and leaders on a broad range of HR and people matters, from performance management to workplace concerns.
  • Support leaders during the performance and development review process. Help identify high-potential talent within existing teams and contribute to future-focused succession and development strategies.
  • Prepare and analyse workforce reports and dashboards, offering insights and recommendations that support data-driven people decisions, as required.
About You
  • Previous experience in HR Generalist / Advisory role.
  • Previous experience in Blue Collar or Logistics Industries.
  • Strong business partnering skills with leaders.
  • Ability to think strategically and drive people experience strategies.
  • Ability to engage, influence and collaborate effectively with leaders.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all areas of the business.
  • Strong interpersonal, coaching, mentoring and people leadership skills.
  • Approach tasks with agility, initiative and passion.
  • Be approachable, and have a positive, fun, 'can do' and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
