What You'll Be Doing

As a key member of the finance team, you'll gain experience in:

  1. Banking & Reconciliation – Uploading payments, monitoring cash balances, and ensuring timely reconciliations.
  2. Accounts Payable & Receivable – Supporting invoice processing, supplier payments, and cash collections.
  3. Bookkeeping & Reporting – Assisting with daily bookkeeping and preparing key financial reports.
  4. Compliance & Lodgements – Ensuring ATO Activity Statements are lodged on time.
  5. Audit Support – Working closely with external auditors to provide key financial data and insights.
  6. Employee Support – Processing staff reimbursements and allowances.
  7. Stakeholder Engagement – Collaborating with internal teams and project managers to improve finance operations.
  8. Continuous Improvement – Contributing ideas to enhance finance processes and promote a positive company culture.
What We're Looking For

A recent Accounting/Finance graduate or someone in the final stages of their degree.

A strong desire to build a long-term career in finance & accounting.

A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail.

A team player with excellent communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (bonus points for experience with accounting software).
