About the Role

Our New Homes Consultants are the driving force behind our success, guiding customers through the initial and exciting stages of their home-building journey. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and passion for the building industry to help customers take the first steps towards creating their dream homes.

You'll be primarily based at our brand new display homes in Kialla, expected to be completed by mid-July, showcasing our latest designs and features. You'll also play a key role in identifying and securing house & land package opportunities by building relationships with local developers and real estate agents.

While we offer flexibility, weekend availability will be required to ensure our display homes are open and available to customers when they are most likely to visit.

Full-time position with a competitive remuneration package + great commission (OTE $150K+).

About You

New Home Industry Experience (Preferred): Prior experience as a New Homes Consultant or in a similar role within the new home building industry is an advantage.

Passionate & Enthusiastic: You have a genuine interest in the new home building industry and are eager to help families build their dream homes.

Sales-Oriented: You enjoy interacting with people, building rapport, and guiding them through the sales process.

Excellent Communicator: You have strong verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and effective interactions with customers, colleagues, and external stakeholders.

Organised & Detail-Oriented: You can manage multiple tasks efficiently, prioritise effectively, and maintain accurate records.

Proactive & Resourceful: You take initiative in seeking out new opportunities and building relationships with industry partners.
