Position OverviewMonadelphous is seeking a Turnaround Quality Engineer to join our offshore Energy team in Perth. This role involves coordinating Turnaround planning and execution, based at our client's office in Perth CBD, with occasional offshore travel during Turnaround events.

- Participate in a leading OAG project
- Flexible working arrangements available
- Ensure compliance with Monadelphous QMP systems, client specifications, and legislation
- Coordinate quality activities and support the Turnaround Quality and Completions Lead
- Assist Project Engineer with procurement activities for fabricated items and materials
- Provide technical support for welding operations
- Manage assigned projects and provide technical advice
- Ensure subcontractor adherence to QMP
- Lead work-pack quality review and close-out
- Promote innovation and continuous improvement
- Minimum 5 years in a multidisciplinary Quality Assurance role within resources, engineering, construction, or maintenance
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or Engineering Trades
- Auditor training from a nationally accredited body
- Welding inspection or supervisor qualifications preferred (e.g., WTIA IWI, CSWIP 3.1)
