CARE MANAGER - RESIDENTIAL AGED CARE
TOOWOOMBA

A wonderful opportunity for a Care Manager to join a respected aged care provider in Toowoomba.

This role offers a Monday to Friday schedule, good RN-to-resident ratios, excellent support, and plenty of chances to advance your career Salary: $140,000+.

The Role
Take on a rewarding leadership position as Care Manager, guiding a dedicated team to deliver outstanding care to residents. You will be supported by an experienced Facility Manager and a skilled care team. Enjoy living in the beautiful community of Toowoomba.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee care plans and ensure residents' needs are met promptly and compassionately
  • Implement and maintain a person-centered care model to promote resident wellness and engagement
  • Ensure compliance with legislative requirements and uphold Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Provide leadership to clinical and allied health team members, develop care plans, monitor care quality, and communicate effectively with residents and families
Key Candidate Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Nursing with AHPRA Registration
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Experience in a similar role within Residential Aged Care
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, care governance, and clinical standards in aged care
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to manage complex care scenarios
  • Understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes
