Your Role

As Head of Engineering, you'll:

  • Lead a cross-functional team of engineers delivering digital products and platforms
  • Set the direction for architecture, infrastructure, tooling, and development practices
  • Cultivate an environment focused on continuous improvement, experimentation, and learning
  • Support and develop engineers through mentoring and coaching
  • Collaborate with product and growth teams to enhance the digital journey and drive results
  • Maintain a strong focus on performance, security, and scalability
  • Frontend: TypeScript, Next.js, Expo
  • AI & Innovation: Generative AI tools and frameworks (e.g., conversational interfaces, personalized experiences)
What You Bring
  • Strong engineering background with hands-on expertise in modern web/mobile development
  • Experience shipping or leading GenAI-enabled customer features is highly valued
  • Solid understanding of best practices in secure, scalable, and testable system design
  • A product-first mindset and an ability to balance technical quality with business outcomes
  • A passion for building and empowering high-performing engineering teams
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, pragmatic approach
  • A love of solving hard problems and thriving in fast-paced environments
