Role Opportunity
FIFO Site Administrator role supporting mobilisation, onboarding, reporting, and daily admin for a busy site team on a major resources project. Ideal for someone with 2+ years of site admin experience.

Essential Qualifications & Skills
  • experience in a similar Site Admin role (FIFO highly regarded)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Excel and administrative systems
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Coordinate site access and mobilisation for employees and contractors
  • Manage onboarding processes including data entry, rosters, leave, inductions, and accommodation
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports using Excel and various site-based systems
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the site/project teams
  • Ensure site access requirements are met for visitors and subcontractors
  • Process and input invoices, delivery dockets, and debit card receipts accurately
