Are you an experienced healthcare professional ready to take on a rewarding leadership role? A market-leading Aged Care provider is seeking an experienced Aged Care Manager to run a 100 bed Residential Aged Care facility. Location: Townsville, QLD. Remuneration: $150,000 + Super, Salary Packaging, and a 15% bonus.
PositionResidence Manager

Responsibilities- Managing all aspects of facility operations, including staffing, budgeting, and compliance
- Maintaining high standards of resident care and satisfaction
- Leading and supporting staff development and training initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations
- Building positive relationships with residents, families, and the community
- Qualifications: AHPRA registration, Clinical Background Essential for this role
- Experience: Prior experience in aged care management or facility leadership roles
- Skills: Strong leadership, financial management, and communication abilities
- Career Development: Opportunity to grow within a respected aged care provider
- Remuneration: $150,000 + Super & Salary Packaging & 15% bonus
