Responsibilities
  • Design, documentation, and implementation of programs for children and families.
  • Foster a positive learning environment by enhancing the educational program and the aesthetic surroundings.
  • Document and report concerns, complaints, and significant issues affecting the operation, children, families, and staff in accordance with established protocols.
About You / Qualifications
  • Certificate III in Children's Services (equivalent or willing to obtain).
  • Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
  • Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards.
  • Ability to build respectful and equitable relationships with children, families, teams, and the community.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide safe and stimulating environments that support wellbeing and learning.
  • Current first aid, anaphylaxis, and asthma management qualifications.
Benefits / Employment details
  • Permanent full-time positions working 38 hours per week; possible for part-time/job-share arrangements, fixed-term arrangements, and casual employment.
  • Total remuneration package starts at $61,203.69 gross per annum, including: $1,055.60 per week base salary and $121.39 per week superannuation (11.5%).
  • Additional benefits may include: rostered day off scheme, allowances (as per Award), salary packaging (SmartSalary), annual award salary increases and performance reviews, wellbeing initiatives (Employee Assistance Program, LifeWorks app, social club, health monitoring, annual flu vaccinations).
