The Opportunity

We're looking for a motivated and organised individual to join our finance team in an Accounts Receivable and Office Support role. This is a great opportunity for someone with some experience in accounts and administration who is ready to grow their career and take on a variety of responsibilities in a friendly, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with customer invoicing and follow-up of outstanding payments
• Monitor overdue accounts and maintain debtor records
• Work with internal teams to resolve payment and account queries
• Provide administrative support including managing vehicle registrations and insurance
• Support general office operations — answering phones, ordering supplies, arranging company social events, and other ad hoc tasks

What We're Looking For

• Some experience in accounts receivable, admin, or office support
• Strong attention to detail and good data accuracy
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• A confident communicator who enjoys helping others
• A friendly, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and pitch in
• Experience with NetSuite is highly regarded
