Business Development Manager - Water Treatment

Base pay range: A$100,000.00/yr - A$220,000.00/yr

At a well-known EPC in the water treatment sector, you'll have full ownership of your sales and be rewarded properly.

This role is built for salespeople who want to back themselves and achieve long-term financial success through results.

Our current top performers are earning $200k+ OTE, with super on top of commission.

About the Role

  • Based in North Brisbane – predominantly office-based with some QLD travel as required
  • Join a well-established EPC business in water treatment, with strong industry reputation and pipeline
  • Take ownership of client relationships, new business development, and solution selling
  • Work closely with the engineering team to produce high-level proposals and tenders for project work across the resources, food & beverage, and industrial sectors

About You

  • You're a proven high performer in sales, consistently exceeding targets
  • Experience in water treatment (EPC or equipment supply) is advantageous but not essential
  • Strong technical sales background OR the ability to pick up technical applications quickly
  • Resilient, driven, and hungry to earn what you're worth
  • Uncapped commissions and profit sharing on projects
  • Car allowance provided
  • Guaranteed base salary for your first 6 months while you ramp up
  • Super paid on top of commissions
