Senior Technology Recruiter at Cox PurtellOur high-end pharma client is looking to set up their next stage of growth and are looking for a Data Analyst to help their sales team's performance and continue their expansion.
They are seeking an analyst to join their sales department and contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of their sales team. The primary objective of this role is to develop Salesforce effectiveness plans, provide regular analysis reports, and manage the CRM program to support the team.
Responsibilities
- Sales Performance Analysis: Analyse sales data to monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Sales Process Optimisation: Evaluate and improve existing sales workflows and processes to enhance efficiency.
- Training and Enablement: Provide support in training sales teams on tools, systems, and processes.
- Territory Realignment: Analyse current territory assignments and optimise territory boundaries to align with business objectives.
- Change Management: Lead the implementation of new tools, processes, and methodologies within the sales team.
- Data Collection and Maintenance: Manage the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of sales data across systems.
- Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for sales leadership.
- CRM and Sales Tools Management: Collaborate with the Digital Analyst to administer and customise CRM systems to support business needs.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with data governance policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years in sales operations, data management, or sales force excellence roles.
- Experience with territory planning and realignment is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Veeva, OCE).
- High-level proficiency in Excel (advanced).
- Strong analytical capabilities and excellent communication skills.
