Full-Time Retail Professional - Birkenhead Point Factory Outlet

We are seeking a Retail Professional to join our Birkenhead Point Factory Outlet in NSW on a FULL-TIME basis.

Please note, this role requires full-time availability - 38 hours per week on either Tues-Sat or Sun-Thurs.

Key responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed store sales and KPI targets; take ownership and utilize all store resources to achieve them
  • Deliver exceptional customer service according to Brand standards
  • Maintain visual merchandising and in-store communication standards
  • Process merchandise deliveries efficiently and replenish fixtures to ensure product availability
  • Represent the adidas brand and values in an inspiring manner

Requirements:

  • Strong retail sales or customer service background with proven success
  • Motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work retail hours across weekdays and weekends; please specify your availability in your application
