We are seeking a passionate and driven Rehabilitation Consultant to join our expanding Tasmanian team, based in Launceston.

This role is highly collaborative and rewarding, requiring you to:

  • Assist with recovery, return to work, and return to life following injury or illness;
  • Conduct assessments and case management services across various client portfolios;
  • Support individuals in recovering and returning to their pre-injury or new employment using your clinical skills and knowledge;
  • Build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes for clients.

About You:

  • Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Exercise Physiologist (with relevant professional membership);
  • Interest in Occupational Rehabilitation;
  • Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check;
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities;
  • Honesty, integrity, team attitude, and a positive approach;
  • Genuine commitment to continuous improvement.
