About the Role

In this senior clinical position, you will:

• Provide clinical leadership to Behaviour Support Practitioners, Mental Health Clinicians and Provisionally Registered Psychologists
• Deliver supervision as a Board Approved Psychology Supervisor
• Lead the development of internal tools, training and resources to strengthen service delivery
• Champion evidence-based practice and quality outcomes for people with complex needs
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to influence practice and strategy

What You'll Bring

• Board Approved Supervisor in good standing
• Experience in mental health, disability or complex behaviour support
• Strong knowledge of relevant legislation (NDIS, Disability Services Acts)
• A collaborative mindset and outstanding interpersonal skills
• Desirable: Area of Practice Endorsement in Clinical Psychology

Requirements

• Completion of your Bachelor's in psychology and registration with the appropriate registration authority or association within Australia
• APAC-accredited 4-year Psychology qualification/AHPRA Registration (General)
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (paid) – or willingness to obtain
• Current Working with Children Check (paid) – or willingness to obtain
• Applicants must have full working rights in Australia.

We are building a dynamic hub of excellence in ABA, with BCBA, Clinical Psychology supervisors and senior clinicians on staff to support and mentor you.
