We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Strategy and Policy team in a 24-month fixed-term role.
The successful candidate will coordinate the WaterSmart program and assist with the delivery oversight of water efficiency programs within Greater Western Water.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with Business Relationship Managers on outreach to GWW non-residential customers for the Water Smart program delivery
- Coordinate the program management, governance, including monitoring and reporting
- Investigate and develop new water efficiency guidance and approaches
- Explore connections between water efficiency programs and drought planning
- Collaborate with water corporations on WaterSmart and aligned water efficiency initiatives
- Work with the internal team to develop communications and engagement approaches to maximise the program uptake
- A good understanding of environmental, water resource, and water efficiency issues
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, influence, and engagement skills
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint
- Demonstrated experience in project coordination activities or large programs of work in an agile and changing environment with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders
