As a key member of our utilities department, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, reviewing, and evaluating the work of staff providing water production and distribution, wastewater treatment, and routine/emergency maintenance on City piped water and sewer systems.

Qualifications

- High School Diploma or equivalent required; four years of experience in water/wastewater treatment and distribution operations, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.">
- Possession of State of Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) certification in Water Treatment Level II, Water Distribution Level II, Wastewater Collection Level II, and Wastewater Treatment Level II, or ability to obtain within 18 months.">
