About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, your primary focus will be on delivering excellent customer experiences, ensuring the store remains clean, well-stocked, and welcoming. This role is fast-paced, requiring strong multitasking and time management skills.

  • You are dedicated to providing outstanding customer service.
  • You are comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
  • You are able to stand for long periods and may need to perform moderate to heavy lifting and reaching.
  • You have flexible availability, including late nights, early mornings, and weekends.
  • You are willing to learn about and promote our products and specials.
