About You:
- Experience in complex behavioural support a must
- Availability to work across a 24/7 roster including sleepovers, active nights and weekends
- Passionate about human rights and creating positive change
- Empathetic and compassionate, with a keen understanding of diverse experiences
- Excellent communication skills to be the voice that resonates with others
- Enthusiastic team player, eager to collaborate and inspire
- Hold a current Drivers Licence and First Aid & CPR certificate
- Hold current or willingness to obtain relevant regulatory requirements including a NDIS Worker Screening Check
