Our Cyber Identity Governance, Adoption and Change team defines controls, embeds Cyber Standards and best practices, and provides technical advisory to drive greater service coverage. You will partner with wide ranging stakeholders to educate, action, plan, prioritise and address gaps so that identity services are adopted.

As a Cyber Security Adoption Engagement Lead, you will engage business stakeholders to advise, plan, and conduct business analysis to enable the implementation of new capabilities and cyber controls. You will drive transformation by being a trusted advisor, building awareness and proactive engagement through being a central point of contact to collaborate with asset owners, business leaders and technology delivery teams. You will own end to end outcomes, drive action plans, manage remediation and deliver actionable insights. You will get extensive stakeholder exposure through your contributions in driving awareness, control pattern utilisation, performing detailed analysis and process improvement.

What you offer

  • 10+ years of business analysis, project management, technology risk or product owner experience gained in a technical domain such as cyber, technology, digital, engineering
  • Strong delivery and leadership experience to define, clarify priorities and resolve gaps in Technology and Business processes
  • Extensive stakeholder management skills, experience as a trusted advisor and ability to negotiate and influence senior stakeholder groups
  • Translate technical information into commonly understood business language, and produce quality artefacts for stakeholders of varying levels
  • Strong technology process understanding across cyber security, identity, technology onboarding or other domains
