About The Opportunity

Seeking either experienced or new graduate to join our team on an ongoing basis so that we can bring life-changing therapy to more people.

As part of Therapy Pro, you will be able to work from home and in your local community, supporting clients in the environment that best supports their goals and outcomes.

You will provide assessment and intervention services to a highly diverse NDIS caseload. You will gain exposure, skills and knowledge from working with clients across the lifespan and of all abilities.

With access to industry-renowned therapists, we will support you to draw upon your expertise to devise evidence-based practices and strategies to effect positive change.

  • $6000 approx. per annum vehicle allowance for travel costs (92c per kilometre)

Our accelerate graduate program

For our graduates, our accelerate graduate program is designed to support your transition from studying to employment. We know that stepping into the workforce as a new graduate can be daunting, but our wrap-around support model and structured 6-month graduate program will accelerate your learning and set you up for success with the following –

  • Guest Speakers
  • Masterclasses
  • Supervision with experienced Senior Therapists
  • Mentoring & buddy opportunities

  • You have experience working in, or a strong desire to understand the community sector and NDIS market.
  • You are a qualified Occupational Therapist eligible for an AHPRA Registration.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills that allow you to develop collaborative relations with clients and colleagues.
  • You are flexible in your approach to working with a variety of clients and their families, operating in an individualised way with each person.
  • You hold or are willing to obtain a current Working With Children Check, an NDIS Worker Screening Check, and/or Police Check before commencing.
  • You have a full, unrestricted Australian Driver's Licenceand reliable access to a registered, fully insured vehicle.
