Opportunity Available:

  • Operations Manager - Inclusive Employment Australia

This role is responsible for effectively leading SYC's delivery of Inclusive Employment Australia, driving strong contract and financial performance, ensuring quality and compliance standards, and providing excellent customer service. It includes providing high-level advice, analysis, and strategic input to the General Manager, Employment Services, including self-directed business improvement initiatives.

  • Drive operational growth, stakeholder relationships, and contract compliance.
  • Support people with disability to achieve quality outcomes.

Proven experience in a Senior Management role, with a focus on driving contract objectives and quality outcomes to meet revenue and contractual KPIs, is required. If you are driven to make a difference and support others to succeed, we'd love to hear from you.
