We are seeking Expressions of Interest for Beechworth Correctional Facility

Are you passionate about empowering others through education and hands-on skills? Beechworth Correctional Centre is seeking dynamic and committed trainers to deliver high-impact vocational programs that support rehabilitation and future employment pathways. #RegionalJobs

We're currently inviting Expressions of Interest from qualified trainers in the following priority areas:

  • Welding (high priority)
  • CGEA – Certificates in General Education for Adults (high priority)
  • Skid Steer
  • Landscaping
  • Furniture & Cabinet Making
  • Horticulture
  • FSK / Foundation Skills

Please note, any potential vacancies can vary between sessional, part-time, or full-time roles.

Position Requirements :

  • Completed TAE40110 / TAE40116 / TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • Relevant vocational experience
  • Previous teaching experience
  • Passion for teaching adult learners in a correctional setting

The Essential Paperwork :

  • Working with Children Clearance (WWCC)
  • Current police check
  • Certified right to work documentation
  • Certified copies of your qualifications and transcripts
