Our team of Sales Solutioneers provides unique solutions to business partners across industries such as Aerospace, Energy and Natural Resources, Defense, Transportation, Education, and Manufacturing.

Responsibilities
  • Work intently with business partners to understand their needs and leverage Snap-on product offerings to develop solutions tailored to the situation. Each territory has an established customer base as well as potential new customers.
  • Build and enhance relationships with key business partner decision-makers.
  • Present our solutions on the shop floor or in the field.
  • Develop and maintain a Customer Contact and Activity Database for assigned accounts.
  • Review customer activities at least quarterly with the Team Leader or Sales Manager and strategize ways to maximize sales volumes or grow the territory.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of outside sales experience is required
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and growing customers
  • Bachelor or Associate degree preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; comfortable presenting to all levels within an organization
  • Valid driver's license with an impeccable driving record

Compensation: This is a fully commission-based role with an average salary range that varies by territory. Typical range $65,000-$100,000 annually with additional bonuses for achieving sales plans at quarterly and annual levels. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, location, and other factors.
