Job Description:

Join a team that sits at the intersection of property and finance, supporting some of the country's leading lenders. In this role, you'll gain valuable industry exposure, develop a deep understanding of valuation compliance, and build practical experience that can open doors in property, finance, or regulatory pathways.

It's a great fit for someone who enjoys structure, takes pride in getting the details right, and enjoys focused, independent work.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Reviewing property valuation reports for compliance
• Checking reports against industry standards and lender-specific requirements
• Determining if reports can be submitted or need corrections
• Processing a high volume of reports daily in a structured, task-focused environment
  
  

Job Qualifications:

What you will bring:

• A sharp eye for detail – you don't miss the small things, and accuracy is second nature
• Comfort with structured, repetitive tasks – you take pride in completing work consistently and to a high standard
• The ability to focus independently – you're productive without needing frequent interaction or oversight
• A process-driven mindset – you enjoy following clear guidelines and working within a defined framework
• No formal qualifications are required, but this role is especially well-suited to:
• Students currently studying property valuation, as it can count toward 3 months of your required 12-month industry experience
• Individuals looking to enter the property, compliance, or financial services sector through a focused, non-client-facing position
